Dynacar is a vehicle dynamics modelling platform that can be used throughout the development chain (from the design phase to real-time validation) of ECUs and powertrain components.

It is a flexible tool that can include models developed in any language. By replacing the model with the physical component in a test bench, it is possible to perform HiL (Hardware in the Loop) validation , as well as virtual driving (Human in the Loop).

This would offer researchers faster access to many more biological samples and would speed up medical research, accelerating breakthroughs and progress that improve the quality of life of the population.

Our solution consists of obtaining poly-amide composites removing one stage from the manufacturing process. Monomers, directly used as raw material, are injected into a mould in the shape of the component to be produced where a fibre-like reinforcement has previously been placed. As injection is completed, monomers react with a catalyst to generate the corresponding polymer; thus, a composite with the required shape and incorporated reinforcement, can be obtained in just one operation.

This manufacturing solution is protected by two patent applications: The first patent protects the manufacturing process from monomers and the second more recent patent is a PCT request protecting the equipment required.

A prototype facility is currently in place where polyamide industrial components and simple geometries reinforced with glass fibre and carbon are automatically obtained.
