Methodology

A pedagogic model called "Entrepreneur creation processes" (see picture below) places the skills to be taught in a time context. Each participant, the team and the coach must refer to this in order to plan and measure progress. The originality of the model resides in the fact that it makes the creation of values by and for clients the main axis of the learning system. There are also 2 more axes: One of these revolves around the development of the individual and the other around the development of the team. All three axes form part of the process, and among these we must underline the importance of leadership. Lastly, 2 of the processes are permanent: On the one hand, finances and on the other, management.

Leadership is subjected to a process of intense learning. The entrepreneur-students exchange their experiences during seminars lasting several days with the coaches and guest experts.

In order to achieve this, really intense distance learning is required, reinforced with theoretical classroom work.
