Metrology in the Age of Digitalisation and Sustainability
The title of the 7th National Metrology Conference is “Metrology in the Age of Digitalisation and Sustainability”.
The conference is organised by CEM (Spanish Metrology Centre) and takes place every four years. It provides an excellent chance to catch up on the latest developments in measurement techniques and new metrology technology, as well as in current metrology regulations or regulations being developed.
TECNALIA’s participation
Marta Castro, Director of Digital Lab Services and Libertad Moro, Data and Protocol Researcher at Digital Lab Services at TECNALIA, are going to give a presentation entitled “How to Ensure Cybersecurity in Smart Meters".
- Cybersecurity and interoperability of solutions by various manufacturers is critical for the correct deployment and operation of AMI systems. It is therefore a priority to define a methodology to ensure the quality of the deployed equipment.
- This methodology should include a range of things, from the correct definition of requirements to the final certification of the products.
