An applied look at the next wave of technological transformation
Quantum Computing is advancing and starting to generate real opportunities for industry. In this conference, we will show how the integration of artificial intelligence and quantum technologies provides new optimisation, simulation and decision-making capacities in sectors with high technical complexity. The initiative brings together UPV/EHU, Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa, Ikerlan, Lortek, TECNALIA, Tekniker, Vicomtech and Enpresa Digitala; actors who share a common vision of the value of deep tech in the industrial sector.
Case studies and conversations with companies
- The session includes a strategic presentation regarding the potential of the combination between artificial intelligence and quantum technologies.
- The Kubibit initiative will be presented, which seeks to explore practical applications of this technology in industrial environments.
- Our colleague, Alejandra Ruíz, project manager in quantum technologies, shares the approach and the progress made.
Thematic talks with specialists
Three fireside chat dialogues have been organised, focusing on key areas:
- Smart manufacturing: Anton Asla, Serikat and Eneko Osaba / TECNALIA
- Clean energy: Itziar Cuenca, Ayesa and Iñigo Pérez / i3B.
- Environment: Xabier Garitano, Hazi, Sara Ibáñez, Qubiz.Team and Guillermo Valverde / Vicomtech.
The session will be moderated by our colleague, Irene López de Vallejo, Head of Quantum Business Development at TECNALIA, who will also share the final conclusions.
A space to explore real opportunities
- This conference is aimed at SMEs and industrial and technological companies interested in applied innovation, optimisation of complex systems, energy and sustainability, risk analysis and the adoption of advanced technologies.
- We will provide examples, demonstrations and technical discussions that enable real opportunities for business impact to be identified.
