    Technological challenges for smart tourism”, is a classroom-based course aimed at developing the “Smart Tourism” concept from different viewpoints: public administration, business and tourist.

    It is part of the UPV/EHU Summer Course programme and will include professionals from IE Business SchoolAmadeusGlobalditTECNALIA and the University of Deusto as speakers, as well as representatives of the Administration who will pass on their experiences of how the Information and Communication Technologies, ICTs, are affecting the sector.

    Throughout the day, we will look at aspects such as destination management, the competitiveness of companies. the enjoyment of the tourist experience, the latest technological tendencies, as well as the challenges we face.
