Acoustic comfort in dwellings
The Spanish Acoustics Society , the Portuguese Acoustics Society and Miguel Hernández of Elche University are organising the 53rd Spanish Acoustics Congress - Tecniacústica 2022, which will incorporate the 12th Iberian Acoustics Congress.
TECNALIA’s participation
Maria José de Rozas López, head of the BASQUE GOVERNMENTS LCCE acoustics laboratory, co-managed by TECNALIA, will talk about the "Preliminary study on the acoustic classification of residual buildings in the Basque Country".
- During his talk, the status of housing developments built in the Basque Country with respect to the acoustic classification established in the voluntary classification standard UNE 74201:2021 will be presented.
- The most critical acoustic characteristics will be analysed in order to achieve stricter acoustic quality standards than those legally established.
