Test bench for aerospace electromechanical actuators with the possibility for static, dynamic and synthetic tests, using model-based methodology.
Description
This facility is for the rapid prototyping of aerospace electromechanical actuator control systems through a counter-load bench, connected to a DSpace and NI PXI hardware platform, which makes it possible to model any type of dynamic or static load to be tested on the actuator.
It has counter-load benches where electromechanical actuators can be installed, and standardised loads applied to them, from load or synthetic load frames, pre-modelling the end system of the aircraft into which it is installed.
We can test both the mechanical part of the electromechanical actuator and the associated control hardware.
