Collaboration agreement signed with university of Chile to develop technological construction centre - CTEC

The aim of the centre is to increase productivity levels in the Chilean industry by means of initiatives that foster innovation

On 30 November the official presentation of the Technological Centre for Innovation in Productivity and Sustainability in Construction, CTec, took place in Santiago de Chile. This centre aims to increase productivity levels in the industry by means of initiatives that foster innovation and collaborative work between its stakeholders.

The creation of this centre CTec involves the joint development of a series of technological initiatives that will help the Chilean construction industry to improve its development capacity and services on offer thanks to innovation. 
CTec is a project that will last ten years and will bring together national knowledge and global expertise. It is part of Corfo's “Programme to Strengthen and Create Technological Capabilities that Promote Innovation”, which aims to contribute to the sector's transformation process to achieve a more productive and sustainable industry whilst promoting the development of a technological innovation ecosystem.
