We develop monitoring and automation systems for the manufacturing processes of materials to ensure their quality

29 January 2020

We advise different sectors on the new models of composites: wind power, aeronautical, railway and automotive

We have integrated techniques into the production processes of composites based on Industry 4.0 concepts. We monitor and identify deviations, make decisions and act automatically and in real time to ensure their quality and optimisation.

The solution consists of the implementation of on-line monitoring sensors and artificial vision systems that collect data from the key stages of the process (lay-up, pre-forming, curing…). This data fuels simulation models that are capable of reproducing in real-time and assessing the changes that occur in the material/product in the different stages of the process (orientation of the fibres, viscosity, curing, Tg).

The learning ability, along with automation, enables the process to self-regulate in order to correct deviations (positioning, temperature, pressure, etc.) and process each part with optimum parameters.

Our team of experts will reveal our developments at the Leading International Composites Show JEC WORLD 2020
