DOK Summit 2026: Physical AI and Cybersecurity: the reliability needed for AI to function
On November 23 and 24, TECNALIA will take part in the DOK Summit 2026, the leading event for learning about the latest trends in digital technologies and their application within the industry.
At this year’s event, we will showcase various physical AI, robotics, computer vision and cybersecurity capabilities applied to artificial intelligence. These technologies are driving a new generation of systems capable not only of analysing information, but also of interacting with and acting within their environment.
Artificial intelligence has taken another step forward. It is no longer limited to producing content and answering questions. We are seeing a growing number of applications that are capable of sensing what is happening around them, making decisions and interacting with people in real-world environments.
However, for this progress to be possible, we need to ensure that these systems operate safely, robustly and reliably. Reliability has become a key prerequisite for the safe deployment of AI in increasingly critical areas.
TECNALIA will conduct a number of demonstrations at the DOK Summit showing how to tackle these challenges by combining physical AI, computer vision and cybersecurity.
What will you find at our stand?
At the TECNALIA stand, you will be able to learn about some of the technologies that are taking artificial intelligence a step further. These range from tools for assessing the safety of AI models to computer vision and robotics solutions capable of interacting with people and operating in real-world environments.

Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly prevalent in products, services and business processes. But what happens if a model is vulnerable to errors, manipulation or attacks?
- We will demonstrate how to test an AI model for vulnerabilities, assess its behaviour in response to potential attacks and determine whether it can be used reliably in real-world scenarios.

Physical AI and robotics
Artificial intelligence no longer just interprets information: it is also beginning to interact with the physical world.
- To demonstrate this, we will introduce a humanoid robot capable of interacting with people and adapting to its environment.
- It will be a chance to find out how physical AI can open up new avenues in sectors such as industry, healthcare, services, the hospitality sector and public administration.
Computer vision with open vocabulary
We will present a computer vision solution based on open models that is capable of detecting objects in real time.
The technology makes it possible to identify items such as helmets, gilets or other objects of interest using advanced prompting techniques. This makes it easier to adapt the system to new requirements without the need for lengthy retraining processes, thereby reducing lead times and speeding up implementation in various scenarios.
Cybersecurity as the foundation of reliable AI
Our participation in the DOK Summit will also feature a presentation by TECNALIA employee Alberto Miranda, which will take place on November 23 as part of the section on technology demonstrations. Demos: Applying digital technologies to industry and the market – DOK Summit – Digital Open Knowledge
- During his presentation, he will explain how to assess the safety and robustness of AI models, identify vulnerabilities to adversarial attacks and validate protective measures that make it possible to develop more reliable and resilient systems
