TECNALIA joins the Gate2Health programme to promote open innovation in healthcare
TECNALIA has signed a Framework Collaboration Agreement with GSK, a leading biopharmaceutical company in the research and development of medicines and vaccines, to participate in its initiative called Innovation Lab, a programme of open innovation that seeks to generate disruptive solutions to improve patients’ lives.
The Gate2Health programme is as a collaborative hub where startups, technology companies, healthcare professionals and patient associations work together to identify challenges in the sector, share knowledge and develop projects that transform care models. In this ecosystem, TECNALIA will offer its technological capabilities, experience in applied research and strategic vision, consolidating its role as a European benchmark for innovation.
With more than 1,500 professionals and a solid track record in fields such as healthcare, TECNALIA will help to:
- Detect needs and opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Promote joint projects that respond to the challenges that are identified
- Explore synergies and new avenues of collaboration to accelerate solutions with real impact
