More than 5,400 attendees gathered at this international event designed by and for professionals in the food industry
From 15 to 17 June, we were present at the Food4Future trade show, an international event designed by and for professionals in the food industry whose main objective is to find answers to the major challenges of the sector: how to optimise processes through technology, how to develop more sustainable and efficient business models, and what are the trends in the production of new foods and ingredients.
As Global Partner, we presented our main technologies related to healthy eating, sustainability, and digitisation during the three days of the event, held at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre. More than a hundred visitors passed by our stand and shared synergies with our experts.
The first edition of the congress has welcomed 349 international speakers at 56 conferences that have addressed the main challenges of the food sector. Our Health researcher Thomas Dietrich gave a presentation in the main auditorium of the congress under the title “Towards a Healthy and Sustainable Food System”. We also had the opportunity to participate in several round tables led by TECNALIA’s experts to inform the more than 5,400 attendees of our activity in the different areas within the scope of the congress.
