"The 1st InnoMatSyn event brought together more than 76 agents from the sector"

Three days of collaboration and strategic work

The European InnoMatSyn project held its 2nd General Meeting in the Basque Country, marking an important milestone as it nears the end of its first year of activity. Over three intense days of work, the consortium partners met to analyse the progress of the project, strengthen collaboration and plan the next steps.

The hybrid meeting brought together representatives from all participating organisations, who participated in working sessions, collaborative activities and strategic discussions focused on the development and consolidation of the project, as well as other relevant actors who had the opportunity to connect remotely.

    • The agenda kicked off with a meeting of the project’s Steering Committee at TECNALIA, which was followed by a practical workshop devoted to the Key Project Indicators. This session enabled the consortium to delve deeper into how to measure the impact and success of the collaboration within the project.
    • The second day was held at TEKNIKER, where participants carried out a detailed analysis of the progress made over the past six months.
    • It was also attended by the Advisory Board and the Project Officer , who provided a strategic vision on progress and upcoming challenges.

Boosting the AdMa (Advanced Materials) ecosystem

The third day focused on the involvement of the AdMa (Advanced Materials) ecosystem by holding the 1st InnoMatSyn event, which brought together more than 76 agents from the sector.

    • During this joint session, companies, researchers and other actors from the ecosystem worked together to identify challenges and opportunities in the field of advanced materials.
    • TECNALIA focuses mainly on providing policy recommendations to national and regional EU funding bodies, as well as coordinating national and regional EU infrastructures and initiatives to build a resilient and inclusive European R&D&I ecosystem.
