“This alliance stems from the interest of both entities to advance in the development and innovation of industrial precast products”
Both entities have entered into an agreement focusing on the diversification of activities, with special emphasis on industrialised construction and precasting, in order to boost competitiveness and sustainable growth
The company GALLIZO and TECNALIA, the largest applied research and technological development centre in Spain, have signed an agreement with the aim of establishing a stable framework for technological cooperation.
This alliance stems from the interest of both entities to advance in the development and innovation of industrial precast products, seeking to optimise efficiency and open up new market opportunities.
Key areas of technical and strategic collaboration
The alliance covers three fundamental axes to transform the productive and competitive capabilities of the company.
- Firstly, priority is given to innovation in industrialised construction through research into new materials and the development of specific parts. This effort will be complemented by the implementation of automation processes to access new market niches.
- Secondly, the collaboration will integrate advanced R&D&I and sustainability services. The company will be supported by several of TECNALIA’s services, like its benchmark laboratory and certification services, in order to bring its innovations to market sooner.
- Finally, the agreement places special emphasis on talent management and knowledge transfer. To this end, there are plans for TECNALIA’s resident researchers to join GALLIZO’s teams, thus enhancing technical execution. Training programmes will also be carried out to enable company staff to spend time at TECNALIA to gain and transfer new technological skills to their organisation.
This alliance helps TECNALIA to confirm its commitment to collaborating with leading companies, in order to improve its competitiveness and generate a real impact on industry through research and technological innovation.
