TECNALIA has teamed up with the Bilbao School of Engineering (EIB/BIE) of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) to launch the first edition of the “Industrial Decarbonisation” course.
This training, aimed at professionals in the energy sector, focuses on the use of more efficient technology, the transition to renewable energy sources and the implementation of sustainable practices. It also seeks to provide industrial companies with solutions to boost their competitiveness through smart, flexible and sustainable processes.
- The expert course will be taught at the Bilbao School of Engineering (EIB/BIE) and starts on 13 October. It will last 8 months and will take place two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm.
- This industrial decarbonisation course is a further step in the collaboration between TECNALIA and the Bilbao School of Engineering of the UPV/EHU. It aims to promote talent in energy generation and management under the principles of sustainability and the fight against climate change.
- The course is led by Professor Natalia Alegría Gutiérrez, Deputy Director of Postgraduate Academic Organisation at the EIB/BIE.
