Semantic models

We develop web software for managing processes in the built environment, based on semantic data models supported by international standards.

    Modelos semánticos

We develop digital media to represent the objects and processes that define an urban built environment, combining languages to coherently represent geometry and multi-scale semantics (such as CityGML and IFC), and algorithms for the generative design of models and geospatial databases with storage capacity for 3D models (such as 3DCityDB).

Through our main OpenBIM and GIS3D technology lines, our value proposal is focused on:

    • Developing a collaborative cloud software for the smart management of construction processes and the maintenance of building, city and regional assets.
    • Integrating data in real time and supporting interoperability with simulation tools.
    • Web modelling and visualisation solutions for the urban built environment, which provide the administration and industry with verification of models in relation to regulations and requirements and support in analysing alternatives and making decisions when identifying urban renovation and action strategies.
    • Interpreting data and simulation results through interactive and intuitive multi-scale 3D web visualisation.
