For the provision of this service, we are equipped for the rapid prototyping of control systems for aeronautical electromechanical actuators using a counter-load bench connected to a DSpace and NI PXI hardware platform, which allows the modelling of any type of dynamic or static load to be tested in the actuator.
We also have counter-load benches where electromechanical actuators can be installed and standardised loads applied to them, from load or synthetic load frames, pre-modelling the end system of the aircraft into which it will be installed.
We can test both the mechanical part of the electromechanical actuator and the associated control hardware.
